In the Beginning

The Mount Washington Grand Hotel Ballroom before the ball

Governor Lynch welcomes all.

The Wicked Smart Horn Band delivers an original rendition of the Star Spangled Banner while all are silent before the kickoff.

Other welcoming remarks are delivered as the Governor and his wife, Susan take note.

Also carefully taking notes is Anthony, our drummer.

The Action Starts

We love to go into the audience and serenade tables and dancers.  The more the merrier!

Roy, one of our sax men, gives a table hot tips on the evening.  It happens to be the governor he's talking to.

Others dance the night away.
We encourage that.

Congressman Hodes

We enjoy good musicians.  We found that Paul Hodes,
the newly elected congressman from our district can play the guitar.

We invited Paul up and

Joe gave him the key.

Paul Hodes 'da man on guitar!

A rouser of "Go Johnny Go!" was
offered to a wildly appreciative crowd.

Mr. Hodes is a Wicked Smart guitar player that thrilled his constituents with his hot hand.

Afterwords

The Governor and his wife Susan thank each of us in their special evening
They love to chat, smile, and do photo ops!
Dare say, they did plenty that night.

Our photo op - we'd like thank  the governor
for a Wicked Smart evening!

Slim, with governor & wife, Susan are quite the proud trio

Smile with the Gov Joe!  Nobody'll arrest you!

The Hornetts
put on their best

Take that Hat and Glasses off that sax man, and you have somebody that looks like Gov. Lynch's brother.  Susan Lynch is a Physician.  Our sax man is a dentist.  Hmm, maybe family ties.

Is that Mrs. Lynch singing with
the Hornetts?  Naw, she must be laughing at a Hornett joke.

Our drummer like his dad, Joe has a reverent serious side that shows here as he stands next to the Governor and Mrs. Lynch.  He better not misbehave!
